* Education:

** Bachelor Of Science degree in an Engineering curriculum
* Demonstrated achievement in direct or indirect leadership roles focused on manufacturing, product development, or other engineering leadership roles
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate and develop partnerships internally and externally
* Demonstrated experience in Lean principles; including: material flow, waste elimination, labor utilization, etc…
* Working knowledge of heat treat, precision machining and grinding, assembly and test processes
