The Loss Prevention team plays a pivotal role in our large‑scale distribution operation. Our Loss Prevention Officers are responsible for ensuring warehouse security at all times in a 24/7 environment, protecting people, stock and vehicles. They act as first point of contact for staff, visitors and contractors, monitor access, CCTV, fire and intruder alarms, conduct searches, deter theft, report incidents, and produce detailed reports.

• Minimum level of GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Google suites.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle conflict.
• Strong communication skills and a can‑do attitude.
• First Aid training is expected to be obtained.
• Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate required.
