About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Capital Projects & Estates Manager to lead the strategic and operational management of our premises and sites. This is a pivotal role where you’ll oversee capital projects, compliance, and cyclical maintenance, ensuring our estates meet the highest standards of safety, functionality, and sustainability. You’ll act as the Trust’s Health and Safety Competent Person, provide expert advice on property and facilities management, and manage budgets effectively.

From procurement and contract management to driving a culture of health and safety excellence, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our learning environments.

About You

You’re an experienced estates professional with a proven track record in managing budgets, contracts, and capital projects. You hold a NEBOSH qualification and bring strong project management skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Your communication and influencing skills are second to none, enabling you to build effective relationships with stakeholders and contractors. Resilient, flexible, and committed to making a positive impact for children and young people, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to lead with confidence and integrity.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic and operational management of premises and sites.
