Alesch Contracting is a small, high-end custom home builder and remodeling company specializing in luxury coastal construction throughout Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedra, Atlantic Beach, and surrounding areas.

We are growing and looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our team.

This is not a production framing position. This is a long-term role within a small team that takes pride in craftsmanship, professionalism, and high-quality residential construction.

We are seeking a motivated Carpenter to support our Project Managers and Jobsite Superintendents across multiple custom home and large remodeling projects.

This role involves a wide range of carpentry and jobsite support tasks and is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys variety, and wants to grow long-term within a high-end residential construction company.

• Perform a wide variety of finish carpentry tasks including all levels of trim, light framing, punch-out work, and small project installations.
• Assist with site preparation and jobsite logistics as needed.

• Work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Help anticipate and complete small tasks that keep subcontractors productive and prevent delays.

• Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
• Assist with punch-list and final detail work to ensure projects meet our quality expectations.

• Help maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites.
• Assist with material organization, deliveries, and general jobsite readiness.
• Communicate clearly with team members, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Represent the company professionally on every jobsite.

• Residential carpentry experience required
• General Finish Carpentry tools required
• Comfortable working on both remodeling and new construction projects
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and basic carpentry tools
• Desire to grow long-term within a high-end residential construction company
