Security Officer - Access Control Gate

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Control access at community entry points by verifying identification and/or authorization, issuing visitor passes and/or credentials, and documenting entries and exits in accordance with site guidelines.;
Monitor gates, doors, and other access points through visual observation and/or approved systems, and report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy issues to appropriate personnel.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications and/or coordinating with local responders when required.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards and/or unusual conditions.
