We are seeking an Independent Life Insurance Agent to join our team. In this 1099 commission sales role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will also work closely with team members to develop sales strategies, prepare client presentations, and accurately maintain sales records.

Intrepid Financial provides our agents with support in case management, illustrations, training, and pre-underwriting reviews.

• Experience in sales, relationship management, and client acquisition
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to perform market research and create sales strategies
• Proficiency in record-keeping and CRM tools
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Prior experience in financial services or sales
• A Life & Health Insurance license is required to work with our agency.
