We are seeking an experienced Irrigation Manager to oversee irrigation operations, system maintenance, and water conservation strategies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in irrigation technology, system design, and team leadership to ensure optimal water distribution and efficiency.

• Develop and implement irrigation schedules to optimize water use.
• Manage and maintain irrigation systems, including pumps, pipelines, and controllers.
• Monitor soil moisture levels, weather conditions, and water usage data.
• Lead and train irrigation staff on system operation and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair irrigation system issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with local and environmental water regulations.
• Collaborate with agronomists, landscapers, and other teams to improve efficiency.
• Stay updated on the latest irrigation technologies and best practices.

• Required State of Florida Irrigation Specialty License
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Water Resource Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Recommended certification:
  Certified Agricultural Irrigation Specialist (CAIS)
• Proven experience in irrigation management, system installation, and maintenance
• Knowledge of irrigation software, sensors, and automation systems
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to analyze water usage data and adjust strategies accordingly
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Valid driver’s license (if required for field operations)
