Bambiz is looking for a client-obsessed marketing leader to head our Marketing Pro department. In this role, you’ll be the strategic partner for 25+ of our top-tier clients while leading and mentoring a small but mighty team. • Champion Client Success
  :
  Be the go-to strategist for our clients: leading monthly Zoom calls, sharing insights, and keeping campaigns on track.

• Lead & Inspire
  :
  Manage and mentor a team of 3–5 specialists, ensuring projects like paid ads, SEO, social media, and websites are delivered on time and on brand.

• Drive Results
  :
  Guide marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, SEO, email, websites, and more. Spot what’s working, fix what’s not, and keep improving.

• Build Better Processes
  :
  Document playbooks, streamline workflows, and test new tools that make our team smarter and faster.

• Collaborate with Leadership
  :
  Share insights, solve roadblocks, and help shape the future of our agency.

• 2+ years managing multiple marketing clients (agency experience is a big plus).

• Solid hands-on knowledge of paid ads (Meta, Google), SEO, websites, social, You Tube, and email marketing.

• Confident communicator: great on Zoom, clear in writing, and steady under pressure.

• Proven leader who can mentor, delegate, and align a remote/hybrid team.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and always keeping clients happy.
