The Auto Club Group (ACG) Branch Customer Service Representative is the face of the branch, promoting ACG products and services, and providing service to members.

• Promote ACG products and services and work to improve member satisfaction
• Provide sales and support services to members, including greeting, servicing, and selling membership and travel products (car, hotel, basic tour packages, etc.) and some banking products
• Generate leads, inform members about travel and insurance specials, and provide travel information
• Respond to customer inquiries and escalate to senior staff or agents when appropriate
• Provide cashiering services (payments for insurance policies, travel tickets, and travel money products) and balance cash drawer
• Receive and resolve member/customer complaints with management assistance as needed
• Provide administrative support to the travel and/or insurance sales staff during peak periods
• Conduct outbound promotional calls for insurance and/or travel products
• Other duties as assigned

Our Auto Club Group Branch Customer Service Representatives earn a competitive hourly wage of $19.00 - $21.50, based on experience, with additional incentives and an annual bonus potential based on performance.

  High School/GED

  High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Work Experience:

  Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated ability to take personal responsibility in problem solving; multitasking and prioritization

This is an in-office position. Employees will service ACG members in-person and are based on site in an ACG branch facility.
