Branch Customer Service Rep - Ponte Vedra, FL

Overview

Join the Auto Club Group (ACG). The Branch Customer Service Representative focuses on promoting ACG products and services, delivering customer satisfaction, and supporting branch activities to help generate revenue. As the face of the branch, you will greet customers and service their needs in person.

Job Type: Full time | Exempt/Non Exempt:
Hourly

• Provide sales and support services to members including greeting, servicing, and selling membership, travel products (car, hotel, basic tour packages, etc.) and some banking products.
• Generate leads, update members on travel and insurance specials, and provide travel information.
• Respond to customer inquiries and refer to senior staff or agent when appropriate.
• Provide cashiering services to members, including processing payments for insurance policies (installment, lapse or reinstatement), travel and sale of tickets, and travel money products; process remittance/depository transfers and balance cash drawer.
• Receive and resolve member/customer complaints; seek management assistance for escalation when appropriate.
• Provide administrative support to travel and/or insurance sales staff during peak periods.
• Conduct outbound promotional calls for insurance and/or travel products.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Work Experience:

• Working in a customer focused environment
• Providing customer focused service and timely solutions to problems
• Microsoft Office applications
• Taking personal responsibility in seeking solutions to problems
• Multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks to meet office customer service goals

Successful candidates will possess:

• Basic mathematical calculations to accurately perform monetary transactions

• Ability to work effectively in a team

Our Branch Customer Service Representatives earn a competitive hourly wage of $19.00 - $21.50, based on experience, with additional incentives and annual bonus potential based on performance.

This is an in-office position. Employees will service ACG members in-person and are based on site in an ACG branch facility.
