Maintenance Manager – Food Manufacturing | Ponca City, OK | Onsite

Salary: $135,000 – $150,000 + relocation assistance

Location: Ponca City, OK (Onsite, must relocate within 6 months)

Shift: Primarily 1st shift, support 2nd/3rd shifts as needed

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance operations in a high-volume food manufacturing facility specializing in bread, batter, and industrial fryer systems
. This role oversees mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and wastewater systems, while ensuring compliance with OSHA and food safety standards.

• Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary maintenance team.
• Develop and implement plant maintenance strategies, capital projects, and operational improvements.
• Oversee refrigeration systems, wastewater treatment, and electrical/mechanical maintenance

• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory policies.
• Collaborate with plant leadership and contractors to ensure efficient operations.
• Support 2nd and 3rd shifts, emergency response, and special projects as needed.

• 5+ years of management experience in food manufacturing maintenance (bread, batter, fryer systems preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with refrigeration, wastewater treatment, and electrical/mechanical systems

• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage teams and multiple projects.
• Knowledge of OSHA compliance, CAD, PLC systems, and plant safety standards
  .
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in mechanical/electrical fields.
• Relocation to Ponca City, OK, within 6 months of hire.

• Work in production areas with temperatures from -40°F to 110°F.
• Exposure to high-noise areas;
  PPE required (safety glasses, hearing protection).
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and walk/stand for extended periods.
