• Overseeing all financial operations at the plant, including cost accounting, fixed asset accounting, and inventory management.
• Developing and implementing effective cost reduction strategies to improve plant efficiency and profitability.
• Preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Collaborating with plant management to develop budgets and financial forecasts, and ensuring that the plant operates within these budgets.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Working closely with the corporate finance team to align plant operations with overall company financial goals.
• Identifying areas of financial risk and developing strategies to mitigate these risks.
• Coordinating and overseeing annual audits.

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA or CMA certification is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, fixed asset accounting, and cost reduction strategies.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non‑financial staff.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
• The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
