Lead Painter

Spectrum Painting LLC is seeking a full-time Lead Painter to oversee painting projects and manage a team of painters. This full-time position offers $30 - $35/hour

This is a full-time position. Work schedules will vary depending on project requirements, with a steady workload throughout the week.

As a Lead Painter, you will be responsible for training new hires following the company's manual. You will oversee Field Training to ensure all team members develop the necessary skills efficiently. Your daily responsibilities will include monitoring crew performance, making necessary adjustments to keep projects on time and within budget, and maintaining detailed attendance and performance records. You will also be responsible for attending training sessions, tracking job progress, and ensuring all necessary safety equipment-including MSDS Books, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits-are present at job sites.

Additionally, you will coordinate material orders, maintain company vehicles, and ensure job site signage is properly placed and removed when projects are completed. Customer interaction will be a key part of your role, addressing any questions or concerns while informing leadership of any issues. You will also be responsible for collecting customer payments, obtaining signatures on Quality Assurance Forms, and gathering customer surveys to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
