Cabinetry Builder and Warehouse Associate

Schedule:

Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Cabinet Builder / Warehouse Associate to join our team in Pompano Beach. This role is ideal for someone who has hands‑on experience assembling RTA (Ready‑to‑Assemble) cabinets and is comfortable operating warehouse equipment including forklifts and order pickers.

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, safety‑conscious, and takes pride in producing quality work while maintaining an organized warehouse environment.

• Assemble RTA cabinets accurately and efficiently
• Operate forklift and order picker safely and confidently
• Pull, stage, and prepare orders for shipment
• Load and unload deliveries
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse conditions
• Perform inventory checks as needed
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
• Required Qualifications
• Prior forklift experience (required)
• Prior order picker experience (required)
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

$20.00 per hour

• 401(k) eligibility after benchmark period
