Pompano Beach, FL. Shift: Weekend (Friday–Monday, 7:30 am–6:00 pm). Land 'N' Sea Distributing is a full‑service wholesale distributor serving the marine and RV industries for over 50 years.

• Lead picker/packer personnel to ship orders on schedule.
• Communicate daily with Shipping Supervisors regarding concerns and issues.
• Print orders and sort them into priority zones.
• Train and coach employees on proper picking and packing procedures.
• Delegate tasks to shipping staff, ensuring compliance and cleanliness of dock and pick areas.
• Coordinate with Receiving Supervisors on zero‑stock issues and maintain accurate receiving logs.
• Research and resolve picking/receiving errors, including spot checks and exceptions.
• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers) as required.
• Participate in safety reviews and enforce safety protocols.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dependable attendance; strong teamwork skills.
• Forklift certification required or willingness to obtain certification.
• Basic computer skills.
• Prior warehouse experience is a plus.

The position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, and manual lifting up to 50 lb occasionally and 20 lb regularly. The warehouse can be hot, cold, or dusty, and walkways are concrete or metal grating.

Starting pay: $16.00–$23.00 per hour (actual base pay depends on experience and business needs).
