Position Summary
Are you tired of being on call, working in 140-degree attics, and crawling under houses?
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Professional to join our faculty as an Instructor
. In this role, you will use your years of field experience to train the next generation of technicians. You don't need prior teaching experience—just a mastery of the trade and a desire to mentor others. We provide the curriculum and the training; you provide the real‑world know‑how.
- Instruction: Teach the fundamentals of HVAC/R, including Thermodynamics, Electrical Theory, Refrigeration Cycles, and Airflow using our provided curriculum.
- Hands‑On Lab Training: Lead students in the shop, demonstrating proper brazing, wiring, vacuuming, and charging techniques.
- Troubleshooting: Set up "bugged" units for students to diagnose and repair.
- Safety First: Enforce OSHA safety standards and proper tool usage at all times.

Experience:
5+ years of verifiable field experience in Commercial HVAC/R. - Certifications: EPA 608 Universal Certification required. (NATE or ICE certifications are a plus).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical schematics, heat pumps, gas furnaces, and A/C systems.
- Attitude: Patience, strong communication skills, and a passion for the trade.
