• Building Relationships:
  You’ll create lifelong connections with internal and external customers, ensuring they’re satisfied and loyal.
• Managing Your Service Route:
  You’ll handle the daily operations of your Universal Service Route, applying strong time‑management skills to stay on track and complete all tasks.
• Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
• Monitor termite bait systems to ensure they’re functioning properly.
• Problem‑solve customer accounts to address current and future needs.
• Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
• Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, sales, and fellow service professionals, to ensure an outstanding experience for each customer.
• Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a safety‑first mindset, especially when operating company equipment or driving the company vehicle.

• Adhere to the NORTHWEST WAY, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer care.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing our values and image with every customer interaction.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route‑based assignments.

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Work in all types of weather conditions.

• $18/HR training pay, company vehicle, and company cell phone.
