We are actively hiring a motivated Part‑Time Branch Sales Associate at our Manassas location. This day shift position offers up to 28 hours per week, ideal for individuals seeking work‑life balance. As a Branch Sales Associate, you will directly boost sales and expand market reach, especially for our private label, Top Tech. This is a great opportunity to advance your career, explore HVAC industry, or earn extra income.

• Promote sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products to our Customer/Dealer Network and HVAC Contractors.
• Establish and maintain good relations with customers by providing prompt and courteous service for walk‑ins and telephone calls.
• Effectively communicate features and benefits of HVAC products and actively promote our private label brand.
• Follow and adhere to all safety, health, security, and environmental standards.
• Restock shelves and assist in unloading products, including operating a forklift; may require lifting up to 50 lbs.

• 1–3 years’ experience in HVAC sales, counter sales, or related retail sales experience.
• Excellent customer service skills; good computer skills required (Microsoft applications).
• Experience working with contractors is desired.

• High School diploma or equivalent with at least one year of experience.
• Prior forklift certification preferred but not required.
