$35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year (Commensurate with Experience)

Entry Level - $35K-$40K - minor accounts (clients)

Mid Level - $41-$50k major accounts

$17.50/hr-$25/hr

Note: Gas stipend is $350 if you meet 75% of the monthly quota.

Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Supplemental pay: Average sales reps earn $90K a year in commissions

Work Environment: 20% in-office & 80% territory assigned

Training: 2 months training

The primary responsibility of an IT Sales Representative is to sell, in a competitive environment, to new and current clients at or above the personal sales revenue quota/target assigned by management. As such, the position calls for individuals that can excel in developing and closing new and existing opportunities for the technology solutions we offer.

This position requires a strong drive to succeed, excellent listening skills as well as superior presentation, analytical and negotiating abilities.

Additionally, successful candidates need to be computer and software literate.

Qualifications

  • Qualifications also include that our candidates have a 4 year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field and have at a minimum, one to three years successful business to business selling experience and a stable track record of employment in the document management industry.

A valid drivers license and good driving record is imperative

Responsibilities includes but are not limited to the following:

To sell our products and document solutions to new and existing clients.

To effectively implement our solutions sales strategies through Prospecting;
Account Evaluation;
Development of Solutions;
Proposal;
Negotiation;
Closing and Implementation phase.

Build and manage strategic territory and account plans

Effectively and aggressively manage all aspects of complex sales cycles

Establish a qualified pipeline of business and maintain an accurate forecast in a sales automation system

Grow business through new customer acquisitions and add-ons to existing customer base

To consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue quotas.

Other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements:

B2B Sales: 1-3 years experience (Required)

  • Successful business solutions sales experience in Managed IT, Cloud Services, VOIP, Network Security, software and or other office technology experience is required.

Excellent presentation, written and communications

Strong analytical abilities as well as listening, negotiating and persuasive

Highly competitive. Driven to succeed.

Self-Starter. * College degree strongly preferred or related experience

Other:Front End Explanation: The position starts out as very challenging since new employees will be doing door to door (outside sales) Similar to sales canvassing in setting up appointments for the account executives to close the deal. They would be doing this for the first 2 months as part of their training before they actually close deals. We need candidates who are comfortable in doing this in the first 2 months.
