As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be part of a tight‑knit, successful team focused on delivering the highest level of customer service and satisfaction in a fast‑paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of and drive significant sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong working relationships with customers supported by a high level of product knowledge and expertise.
• Assume teamwork responsibilities and forge strong internal and external relationships to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Drive significant sales growth and take ownership of account development.

Your Background

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time.

Physical and Mental Requirements

• Attendance – Ability to maintain scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location.
• Physical Capacities – Lift up to 25 pounds on occasion; sit and stand for extended periods.
• Operation of Office Equipment – Use of computers, copiers, and other office equipment; near‑vision and manual dexterity required.
• Oral Communication Skills – Clear speaking and speech clarity.
• Written Communication Skills – Clear writing, reading, and comprehension.
• Mental Capacities – Includes achievement, active listening, adaptability, analytical thinking, attention to detail, category flexibility, cooperation, critical thinking, determination, integrity, service orientation, and time management.
