Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with assigned accounts through regular phone and email communication.
- Proactively manage a sales pipeline to drive month-over-month and year-over-year growth.
- Educate buyers on portfolio offerings, promotions, and new product launches to maximize sales potential.
- Achieve and exceed monthly activity metrics for calls and customer touches, maintaining accurate records in CRM.
- Collaborate with field sales, supply chain, operations and finance to ensure seamless customer support and order execution.
- Participate in bi-weekly in-office product trainings with suppliers, importers, and industry leaders.
- Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy in every interaction, representing Winebow’s standards of excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree or HS diploma and 3 years of professional work experience.
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience.
- Strong preference for experience in the wine/spirits industry.
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated and goal‑oriented; thrives in a structured, metrics‑driven environment.
- Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.
- Passion for learning the wine and spirits industry through hands‑on training and mentorship.
- Pass required pre‑employment drug and background screenings.
- Provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States and be able to successfully complete required I‑9 form.
