Opifex‑Synergy is seeking a Rental Coordinator to join our team in Pompano, FL. In this entry‑level role you will build customer relationships and support our sales team while coordinating equipment rentals, inventory, and logistics.

• Process rental reservations and agreements, invoices, equipment checks, and credit applications.
• Use Salesforce and ERP to document and track all sales activities.
• Communicate clearly with sales and management teams.
• Receive, organize, track, and relocate equipment and attachments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Deliver excellent customer service by phone or in person, completing necessary paperwork.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills.
• Experience handling detailed paperwork.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Prepared for frequent outdoor yard visits for equipment fulfillment.
