• Coach and train Inventory Associates – focus on accuracy.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow, serving as the primary point of contact for event‑related concerns.
• Support and execute directives from the Area or District Manager, maximizing team productivity and engagement.

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible, varying schedules.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, frequently walk, use both hands for repetitive motions, squat, kneel, or crouch, use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs., and travel by car with occasional overnight stays.
