- Coach and train Inventory Associates – focus on accuracy.
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow, serving as the primary point of contact for event‑related concerns.
- Support and execute directives from the Area or District Manager, maximizing team productivity and engagement.

- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management.
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work flexible, varying schedules.
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
- Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
- Strong focus and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, frequently walk, use both hands for repetitive motions, squat, kneel, or crouch, use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs., and travel by car with occasional overnight stays.
