WIS International is seeking motivated Inventory Specialists for a part‑time retail associate role.

Analytic, fast‑paced, and hands‑on. As an Inventory Associate you will bring focus, stamina, and precision to inventory work and help us achieve our operational goals. Your success earns you a productivity‑based wage increase up to $2.00 within the first 6 months, with a maximum of $5.00.

Starting Wage: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour.

• Count and record inventory with precision – accuracy is critical.
• Follow a consistent workflow guided by our playbook.
• Move between inventory locations, walking or standing for extended periods.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiering, Sales Representation, Driver, or Warehouse work is preferred; no inventory experience is required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfort learning handheld scanners or counting tools.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods and to walk or move inventory. You will use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, perform tasks such as squatting, kneeling, and crouching, use ladders, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs., and travel by car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
