• Welcome customers and guide them to products and services.
• Assist with locating merchandise and answer product questions.
• Replenish shelves and load merchandise as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross‑train in other store departments to enhance customer service.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.

• 6 months’ experience using a computer.
• 6 months’ experience with retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• Ability to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting or other activities.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with or without an accommodation.

• 6 months’ retail customer service experience.
• Bi‑lingual skills.
• Certification in a trade related to the department (e.g., hardware, plumbing, electrical).

Occasional travel to meetings or training may be required. Employees may work in both indoor and outdoor weather conditions and may be exposed to noise and lifting up to 75 lbs. Team lifts are used as needed and powered equipment is used with proper training.
