• Operational Excellence: process merchandise, ensure items are properly stored, ticketed and located for replenishment on the sales floor; reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space.
• Ensure new products are properly merchandised and represented in a timely manner.
• Enter receiving documents into the computer system; reconcile merchandise invoices; complete store-to-store transfers and Locate requests accurately and timely.
• Process visual packet materials, props and signage; store stockroom hardware and supplies appropriately.
• Participate in pricing changes and markdowns; alert store management to cash supply needs.
• Assist with visual directives, including floorsets, window changes, visual presentations and signage placement as directed.
• Assist with boutique cleanliness and organization.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
• Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift
• Ability to work quickly within strict timelines and demonstrate teamwork
• Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired
• Communicate with customers, associates and management; wear/communicate with headset
• Regular attendance is essential; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required

• Constant walking/standing during 8-hour shift (67-100%)
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs (1-33%)
• Frequent climbing (34-66%)
