This is a non‑clinical, customer service‑focused role ideal for someone who enjoys helping others feel comfortable in a fast‑paced healthcare setting. You’ll guide patients and visitors through the facility while maintaining a calm, professional presence.

• Greet patients and visitors and serve as their first point of contact
• Answer basic questions and provide clear directions within the facility
• Escort patients professionally from waiting areas to designated rooms
• Offer reassurance, comfort, and guidance, especially in high‑stress moments

• Have a friendly, professional demeanor
• Communicate clearly and calmly
• Are reliable, punctual, and comfortable assisting people under stress
