The Nursing Administrative Supervisor is responsible for staffing, patient care oversight, emergency direction, and handling complaints appropriately. This role functions as the administrative resource and expert clinician. The Supervisor provides operational and administrative oversight to all departments during off hours and weekends. The Administrative Supervisor problem solves and evaluates nursing care provided on the units and assign personnel accordingly.

• Current Florida RN License or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions). ( x )
• Other:
  Masters Degree in Nursing or Allied Health preferred
• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• 2 year Associate Degree (APRN) Advanced Practice Registered Nurse,
• or (RN) Registered Nurse Three years of ortho- spine nursing and nursing leadership experience preferred
