Field Registered Nurse (RN) – Start of Care (Admissions)

Accord Care is a licensed home care agency seeking experienced Field Registered Nurses (RNs) to complete Start of Care (SOC) admission visits in Broward County and South Palm Beach County
.

Location: Broward County & South Palm Beach County, FL

Pay Rate: $65 per hour (Admissions)

• Complete Start of Care (SOC) admission visits
• Provide prompt and accurate communication regarding client medical status to the Nurse Supervisor to support effective case management
• Travel throughout Broward County and South Palm Beach County as needed
• Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and confidence when working with clients and families
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation
• Anticipate potential issues and appropriately elevate or resolve concerns
• Prioritize tasks and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency

• Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current Level 2 clearance in the AHCA Clearinghouse
• TB test within the last 12 months or Chest X‑ray within the last 5 years
• Prior home care experience required
• Excellent communication, teamwork, collaboration, and customer service skills
• Ability to use an electronic health record (EHR) for documentation and care coordination
