Job Description:We are looking for an Encapsulation Assembler (4pm-12am M-F, Sanitation and Assembly) who will be chiefly responsible for the breakdown, cleaning, and reassembly of encapsulators, vacuum pumps, air conditioners, and other related machinery. Manufacturing as needed is also desirable. Manufacturing includes, but is not limited to: cleaning, equipment assembly/disassembly, setup, and processing as per the product batch record and associated SOPs.
Also, responsible for adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) assuring that quality is upheld.
- Perform end-of-shift cleaning, sanitation, disassembly, and reassembly of encapsulation machines in accordance with SOPs and GMP guidelines to ensure readiness for the next production shift.
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain encapsulation equipment and related production machinery (e.g., polishers, AC units, dehumidifiers, vacuums, motors), ensuring removal of residue and proper functionality.
- Inspect equipment for wear, damage, or maintenance needs and promptly report issues to supervisors or maintenance.
- Complete all required cleaning logs, documentation, and checklists accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized work areas and support machine setup, changeovers, preventative maintenance, and other production needs as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or sanitation roles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work the 2nd shift and maintain flexibility for overtime if needed.
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.
- Mechanical experience and intuition are preferred but not required.
