• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities, including assessing ADLs and IADLs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance patients' functional independence and quality of life.
• Provide hands‑on therapy to one patient at a time, including therapeutic interventions, adaptive techniques, and training in the use of assistive devices.
• Educate patients and their families on strategies for safe movement, injury prevention, and maximizing independence in daily activities.
• Document patient progress and communicate with referring healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure coordinated and effective care.

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
