Provide exceptional care to Accord Care clients by following individualized Plans of Care to ensure safety, comfort, and satisfaction.

• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and daily living activities.
• Perform basic healthcare tasks, including vital signs and medication assistance.
• Support with light housekeeping.
• Drive/escort clients safely to appointments and activities as needed.

• Minimum 3 months of experience and 2 employment references.
• 75-Hour HHA Certification (required for all applicants).
• CNA Certification (if applicable).
• Current CPR certification (online courses not accepted).
• TB test or Chest X-ray within the last six months.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
