This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Advisor based in Pompano Beach, FL. The Financial Advisor will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and develop personalized strategies to help them achieve long-term success. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing investment recommendations, conducting financial planning sessions, managing retirement plans, and delivering expert financial advisory services. Advisors will build and maintain client relationships while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

• Expertise in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to design and manage personalized client strategies
• Strong knowledge of Investments and Finance to provide informed recommendations and manage client portfolios
• Proficiency in delivering Financial Advisory services with a client-focused approach
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Relevant certifications such as CFP, CFA, or Series 7 license are highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Prior experience in financial advising or a related profession is beneficial
