RTL Special Assets Analyst

A company is looking for an RTL Special Assets Analyst to manage and resolve non-performing and high-risk residential bridge and fix-and-flip loans.

Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of non-performing and high-risk Residential Transitional Loans, focusing on minimizing losses and ensuring compliance Develop and execute workout strategies for RTL special assets, including loan modifications and foreclosure processes Perform problem loan analysis and recommend resolution strategies to senior management

Required Qualifications Minimum 1+ years of experience in special assets, credit workouts, loan servicing, or asset management related to Residential Transitional Loans Knowledge of workout strategies, foreclosure processes, and collateral liquidation for residential properties Strong understanding of GAAP impairment analysis and charge-offs related to residential credit Experience coordinating with legal counsel and internal teams for complex loan resolutions Ability to analyze data to determine optimal resolution strategies
