Customer Service Representative

Overview

We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be professional, prompt, self-motivated, and hard-working, with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

• Assist current customers with order-related inquiries via phone, email, and our ticketing system.
• Handle and resolve incoming CRM tickets.
• Resolve customer support tickets efficiently and professionally.
• Communicate clearly and courteously with customers in both written and verbal formats.
• Accurately enter data and maintain detailed records.
• Multi-task and prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate customer support.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and stay organized.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right individual.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
