We are seeking a talented and experienced B2B Graphic Artist who thrives in both digital and hands-on production environments. This full-time, on-site role combines content creation for marketing and e-commerce with print production and sign shop execution.

• Creative & Digital Design:
  Design and execute email campaigns, social media assets, and website banners
• Create branded graphics for product images, printed collateral, and packaging
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure cohesive brand identity
• Produce compelling visuals for promotions, launches, and digital content
• Print & Production Execution:
  Operate and maintain Mimaki flatbed and Roland printer/plotter equipment
• Produce signage, decals, stencils, and custom product branding
• Prepare print files, manage color calibration, and ensure high-quality output
• Work directly in the sign shop to execute branding and production tasks

• Willingness to jump in and assist with all aspects of the business as needed
• Comfortable taking projects from concept through completion
• Collaborate, workshop, and contribute ideas with a positive, team-first attitude
• Video production and editing skills are a strong plus

• 3–5 years of graphic design and/or production print experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Familiarity with wide-format print workflows and equipment (Mimaki, Roland)
• Understanding of digital design best practices for email, web, and social
• Strong layout, typography, and color theory skills
• Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut) a plus
