Responsibilities:

* Oversee all roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards

* Coordinate and schedule roofing crews, subcontractors, and materials to ensure timely completion of projects

* Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to provide updates and address any concerns

* Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions

* Train and mentor roofing crews on best practices, safety protocols, and company policies

* Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, job costing, and change orders

Requirements:

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential and commercial roofing

* Proven track record of successfully managing roofing projects of varying sizes and complexities

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Knowledge of industry best practices, safety regulations, and building codes

* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents

* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

* OSHA certification is required
