Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager - Roofing, based in Mission Viejo, CA. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, including managing team members, coordinating projects, and ensuring timely project execution. Responsibilities include budgeting and financial oversight, maintaining safety and quality standards, building relationships with clients, managing contracts, and leading strategic business operations to drive growth and success.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding and motivating teams
• Proficiency in project coordination, planning, and execution within the commercial roofing and waterproofing industry
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in construction and roofing operations
• Financial acumen, including budgeting and contract management
• Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive growth and operational excellence
• Experience in the commercial roofing or construction industry preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
