Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Regional Sales Manager in Transportation to join our team on-site in Pompano Beach, FL. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue goals, fostering client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The RSM will lead efforts to promote our advanced transportation and lighting solutions, maintain strong connections with clients, and identify strategic growth areas to drive success.

Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports, staying updated on market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, including strategic planning, relationship management, and market analysis
• Knowledge of transportation, road safety, and lighting solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify growth opportunities
• Proficiency in sales tracking tools and CRM software
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in the transportation or safety supply industry is an advantage
