We are seeking a high‑energy Customer Success & Business Development Manager who aligns with these values to grow existing accounts, drive new customer acquisition, and lead our outbound and customer service teams to new heights at our Pompano Beach, FL location.
What You’ll Do- Grow Revenue:
Develop new business opportunities and expand sales with current clients in industrial B2B markets in a short‑cycle sales environment. - Lead with Impact:
Mentor and empower the Customer Service team to deliver exceptional support and achieve business goals. - Drive Strategy:
Develop client engagement plans, refine outreach processes, and optimize results. - Build Relationships:
Foster strong client connections, recommend products, and ensure a seamless customer experience. - Deliver Results:
Define KPIs, track performance, and analyze data to achieve sales objectives.
- Proven Expertise:
Successful B2B/industrial sales experience, particularly in short‑cycle environments (2+ years preferred). - Leadership
