Senior Accountant

Location:

Pompano Beach Area (Fully Onsite)

Compensation: $75,000–$95,000 base + discretionary bonus

A well-established manufacturing organization in the Pompano Beach area is seeking a strong Senior Accountant to join its growing accounting team. This is a full-cycle general ledger role with strong ownership and visibility to leadership.

A new CFO recently joined the organization and is actively strengthening the accounting function. This is a key replacement hire within the team.

• Own the full month-end close process
• Prepare and review journal entries
• Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations
• Manage prepaids, accruals, and intercompany entries
• Review P&L statements and investigate variances
• Ensure GL accuracy and maintain clean financial reporting
• Support accounting process improvements

• Proven ownership of month-end close
• Experience performing and reviewing reconciliations
• Comfortable working in an onsite, operational environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Manufacturing or distribution experience preferred but not required
• Exposure to cost accounting is a plus

• ERP experience required
• Fully onsite, Monday–Friday
• Collaborative, operational setting
