Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Location: Pomona, CA

Reports to: Sales Manager

• $21.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience

This is a full-time position that requires 40 hours per week. We are open 7 days a week and working weekends is required.

Monday – Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Weekends – 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

The Sales Supervisor will help guide the retail associates in the day-to-day business and ensure the team is on target to meet revenue goals. The Sales Supervisor oversees Sales Leads and Sales Associates and reports directly to the Sales Manager. The Sales Supervisor ensures successful operations, delivers superior customer service, and ensures all retail associates adhere to safety protocols.

• Work towards achieving all goals and objectives for the Sales Team.
• Supervise and motivate the retail sales team.
• Train and mentor Sales Lead and associates.
• Provide excellent customer support for customer auto part inquiries
• Assist with completing sales transactions
• Assist the Sales Manager with the sales team schedule
• Complete housekeeping, janitorial, and other duties as assigned by the task list (This may include cleaning tires, carrying batteries, mopping floors, etc.)
• Identify when customer interaction requires assistance from management. Provide support in resolution of customer issues. Involves upper management when necessary.
• Follow loss prevention, risk control, quality assurance, and proper cash handling procedures
• Must be able to pass a background check.

• Proven Sales Experience – automotive industry - preferred
• 2+ years proven leadership skills, motivating a team
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Proven Cashier experience
• Knowledge of automotive parts
• Ability to lift tires and batteries weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain a consistent work schedule
• Ability to work retail hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Bilingual Spanish - preferred
• Must be willing to get a little dirty sometimes
• Previous work experience in a retail environment
• Must be able to pass a drug and background test

• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions when you must go outside into the yard.
• Regular sitting, standing, bending, and walking as needed to provide proper customer service and to complete vehicle receiving duties.
