Shift: Nights, 4x12-hour shifts (19:00 – 07:00)
Compensation: $3,400 – $3,500 per week (estimated)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Pomona, California . The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to patients throughout the childbirth process, including labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum stages. This role requires strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care during all phases of labor and delivery.
Monitor fetal heart tones, maternal vital signs, and labor progression.
Administer medications, including oxytocin and epidural support medications.
Assist physicians and midwives during deliveries and surgical procedures (including C-sections).
Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
Maintain accurate and timely charting in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Ensure patient safety through adherence to infection control and hospital protocols.
Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and neonatal staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California .
Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience .
BLS, ACLS, NRP , and AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certifications required.
Strong communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to provide calm, competent care in high-stress situations.
