Title/Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Reports To: Clinical Supervisor/Director of Nursing

SPANISH SPEAKING or MANDARIN SPEAKING PREFERRED

The Licensed Vocational Nurse provides direct patient care in a patient’s place of residence under the direction/supervision of a Registered Nurse. Provides nursing care within the scope of practice for licensed vocational nursing and accepts responsibility of individual nursing actions, competence, decisions and behavior in the course of vocational nursing practice.

Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement. Upon hire:
California Registered Nurse License/ California Vocational Nursing License National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 1-year Professional nursing experience.

Experience with wound care including use of negative pressure devices. Home health field experience. Possible Service Locations: will travel/serve San Gabriel Valley, Corona, RANCHO CUCAMONGA, POMONA, ONTARIO
