Rotating - Loan Repayment
- Compensation : $134,300-$151,500 based on experience
- Benefits :

- Park Tree will contribute 2 percent of employee's annual salary starting after 1 year and 1000 hours of completed service

- The Nurse Practitioner is an integral part of the clinical care team providing primary care services to the patients and families served by PCHC
- Provides comprehensive, high quality and cost-effective primary care services to a diverse population in a patient and family-centered environment
- Performs health assessments and physical examinations for adults and children develops patient plans, and works with patients / families to develop self-management goals - QUALIFICATIONS :
- CA License REQUIRED- DEA License REQUIRED
- Women's Health Experience REQUIRED
Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w / o US residency with current US work visa.
