• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Certifications:
  
  ACLS, BLS, NIHSS (all required for ICU jobs)
• First-time travel nurses accepted
• Charge nurse experience preferred
• Experience with Cerner charting system preferred
• Experience in Trauma Level I or II hospital preferred

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU environment
• Float between ICU and Telemetry units as needed
• Care for ventilated patients and manage continuous IV sedation
• Monitor intracranial pressure (ICP) and interpret/manage dysrhythmias
• Administer procedural sedation and start/maintain IVs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care
• Adapt to various ICU specialties including Stroke/Neuro, Cardiac (Cath Lab, Open Heart), Trauma, and General (DKA, Sepsis)
• Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner electronic health records
