- Lead EH&S programs across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Conduct risk assessments and drive corrective actions.
- Interface with federal, state, and local agencies.
- Investigate incidents and manage reporting with HR.
- Facilitate training and promote a proactive safety culture.
- Manage hazardous materials and environmental systems.
- 3+ years in EH&S leadership, including 2+ years in manufacturing.
- OSHA and ISO Experience Required.
- Spanish fluency is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and data analysis skills.
- Experience in heavy industrial environments is a plus.
