Here you will work in a modern, dynamic factory environment where we increasingly rely on artificial intelligence (AI) to optimize production processes and drive innovation. We are looking for an Industrial Engineer in our Pomona, CA facility.

Roles And Responsibilities
  • Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods.
  • Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, equipment layout and material flow.
  • Assures product and process quality by designing manufacturing and/or testing methods; establishing standards; confirming manufacturing processes.
  • Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirements.
  • Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Completes improvement projects by training and guiding technicians.
  • Analyzes production capacities to introduce new part numbers and consider all aspects required (labor/tools/equipment, layout changes, etc.).
  • Assists with any business need as defined by your supervisor/manager as priorities change.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field with 1‑3 years of equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with time and motion studies to improve labor standards and production efficiency.
  • Experience with Bill of Material structure to develop and ensure material presentation and efficient organized layout.
  • Process mapping (including manufacturing and administrative/support) to identify potential improvements.
  • Experience in low‑cost automation and dashboard implementation such as OEE, KPIs, metrics, SQDCI.
  • Experience with plant and equipment layout and infrastructure and ability to create and document factory workstation/cell layouts.
  • Ability to perform cost analysis (e.g., return on investment) to support improvements and investments such as CAPEX.
  • Design of workstations/material storage following ergonomic and safety standards, Kanban methodology, and creative problem‑solving skills (5 whys, Ishikawa Diagram).
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Be a driver to conduct 5S philosophy and Kaizen as organizational culture.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project management or team leadership experience with proven delivery of improvement projects in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Lean Training/TPS certificate.
