Job Summary
Supervises, plans, and directs the daily activities, operations and staff for office of Admissions Operations. Assists in the hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of personnel. Assures quality customer service by monitoring staff. Researches and analyzes data entry operations, and develops and implements modifications, policies, and procedures that will enhance staff knowledge, and improve operational quality and effectiveness. Ensures that all Admissions and Recruitment modules are working effectively and efficiently;
staff are trained in the use of the system; the data has integrity; proper security is in place to prevent unauthorized access and processing; testing of system upgrades are performed; and reporting is occurring timely and accurately.
Any combination of education, training or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
3-5 years increasingly responsible experience in educational administration or related leadership roles in business process management emphasizing project management, continuous quality improvement, and/or process reengineering.
