Program Operations Coordinator – Electric Utility Programs

We are seeking organized and driven Program Operations Coordinator(s) to support electric utility initiatives. The ideal candidate excels in project coordination, stakeholder communication, and data-driven reporting, ensuring programs stay on track and meet quality expectations.

• Assign and manage work orders for subcontractors according to scope and timelines.
• Lead routine meetings with internal teams and external partners to review progress and resolve issues.
• Deliver clear program communications to stakeholders.
• Manage and validate large data sets to support accurate tracking and reporting.
• Prepare recurring reports on program performance and status.
• Serve as the primary client contact, responding to needs and feedback promptly.
• Monitor subcontractor compliance with schedules and standards.
• Identify and address risks that may impact deliverables.
• Support documentation preparation and ensure compliance with requirements.

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination or management, ideally in utilities or construction.
• Experience with utility new business processes preferred.
• Strong proficiency in , SharePoint, and Excel.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
